How NZTE can support pakihi Māori
The NZTE Investment team supports ambitious businesses to raise growth capital, and matches investors with investment opportunities that benefit Aotearoa.
We look for investors who can bring knowledge and connections to the table, support growth and create jobs in the regions, who can lift wages and spend with local suppliers, and who can support sustainable land use. We measure these aspects of an investment to find out exactly how much it benefits the New Zealand economy.
We work with iwi holding and operating companies, Māori land trusts and incorporations, whānau-owned companies, companies with Māori shareholders and Māori values, and companies that rely on Māori resources. We don't have a set definition for a Māori entity – it's up to you to self-identify.
It doesn't cost anything to work with us, and we can support you, whether your goal is an early-stage capital raise or a multi-million dollar project.
